Return / Refund Policy

We honor a 30-day return policy on any unused resalable items. We understand that ordering online can be worrisome, we want you to be confident in your purchase and make this a stress-free experience. 

We’ll refund you for the full purchase price of your returned products as long as we receive the products within 50 days of the date of purchase and the products are in their original packaging in retail condition.

Refund Process

Please email us at cs@winterial.com with your full name and order number to initiate the return process. Also, please include a brief description of why you are returning the product. 

We'll issue a full refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected the product(s) and all included accessories. Please note that this refund will not include a reimbursement for shipping costs.

Missing Items

If your package is missing any items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Email us at cs@winterial.com or call us at 1(877) 528-3269. You can also reach us via our contact us page.

 Damaged Products

If your order is damaged during shipping or in any other way, call us at 1(877) 528-3269 or email us at cs@winterial.com as soon as possible. We understand receiving a damaged item is a major bummer and we want to take care of you.

Shipping Costs

Our return policy does not include reimbursement for shipping costs.

 Product Conditions for Refund

We will be unable to issue refunds for merchandise that has been marked, dirtied or otherwise damaged by the customer, or that is missing it's accessories.

 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty

We offer a one year manufacturer's warranty on all Winterial products. 

We aim to provide our customers with high quality sporting goods, but sometimes the unexpected happens. Our warranty promises all items shall be free from defects in material, workmanship and assembly, under normal use and in accordance with the specifications and warnings, for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Our limited warranty will only cover manufacturer defects. Please don't forget to register your warranty within 30 days of purchase.
